"Older property that was renovated and branded as high end boutique. The room itself have comfy bed and cute designer touches. The bones of older two level hotel are still there. The pool was just ok. The property is more suitable for adult that family with kids. The price point was high for what you get (I would prefer an actual newer property next trip. )"

"Wow!!! So blown away by our room !!!!! Liz down at the Blue Coyote Cafe for breakfast this morning was so great! The pool area is a little dated however I would still stay here!!!! The amenities are awesome! We did a day trip to Sedona and coming back to the jacuzzi at night was so great! We stayed on the top floor C2 and the views are breathtaking!!!!! "

"Such a nice hotel "

"It was more of a hassle than the savings. If you want any items for your room with a kitchen you reserved, you have to request ALL items from the front desk (including hair dryers, and you have to bring down your dirty linen to exchange for fresh linen, don't forget you are responsible to take out your own trash at the end of each hallway prior to check out) which there is usually only one person on shift to attend to everything. Some of them don't even know you exist they don't look up to see who is coming or going. The breakfast is a joke. Packaged boiled eggs, fruit (orange/apple), granola bars and watered down coffee and package tea. watch out you will get lectured "one per person". This is the included breakfast not worth it. Only 1 young lady was helpful and kind to the customers. Everyone else looked stressed and not happy at their job. I was only there for 4 days but that was enough. This was our first experience at this brand and I can say without a doubt we will book elsewhere. We travel a lot and frequent Arizona and the more pop up hotels come in, the less personable it gets. "

"On the buffet side was the same meal every day, specifically for breakfast. Súper per- Friendly and the outdoor place is super big. Staff, was nice at the pool bar, but the from desk was not welcoming the guests. Room was clean at the time of arrival."

"Just overall a sad, mediocre hotel chain. No continental breakfast but even the restaurant had no staff, no one eating there, looked closed down. Rooms are decently clean but I did see a roach and have to clean it. We were there for 5 days and they don’t clean your room dailyZ. They only cleaned once despite me asking several times and them agreeing. Shuttle service was good though. Just overall a 6/10 which is exactly essentially what their rating is. It was affordable but I would’ve preferred to spend a little more money and be in a little cleaner, newer, better energy and staff, hotel. Just felt kinda depressing being there lol."

"Absolutely loved our room. The jet tub was exactly what I needed for my staycation. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the cleanliness was because we found a live cockroach in our room a couple minutes after we entered it. Otherwise, the room was spotless."

"My family enjoyed the hotel and staff however we experienced a couple of large waterbug on our room wall over the headboard and in the closet. Additionally the jacuzzi jets were missing and didn't provided a therapeutic experience in any of the jacuzzis. Hopefully you'll have someone address these issues especially the large waterbugs or large roaches, after trying to catch and kill them, we had to place a large towel under the main room door. "
