"The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a
great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations."
"This is a great hotel, super close to downtown, lots to do within the property, beautiful rooms as well. I did request a late check out and had housekeeping try to get in at 9:30am, 10am and 10:30am which was a little annoying but otherwise I would definitely stay here again."
"The photos make it look up to date. That being said the staff was great, the room although dated was clean except for a lot of rust on the drop ceiling and water spots. Quiet considering it is right next to the center of Asheville."
"Only complaint is the noise. We were on the 9th floor and the street noise, cars sounding like drag racing, ambulances, fire trucks etc. all night long. The employee that decided to fill the ice freezer with ice at 4am right outside our room. The walls are not thick and my sleep was effected.
The staff was exceptional, restaurant and bar/lounge area great at the hotel. Beautiful front porch areas and close to everything we were able to walk to our dinner reservations."
