"Air conditioning was working poorly in the August heat! We had maintenance come twice and said it was fine.. well it wasn’t.. definitely could use an update in that area. The pool was great, really enjoyed it. Very attentive staff"

"Great hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. My only issue was the self-parking. You can self-park for free if you are a hotel guest and use your key card to exit. None of my key cards worked and there was no one there to help us and I ended up paying $20 due to time constraints. Make sure your key card works if you plan to use the self-parking. Other than that, it was great and would stay there again."

"My stay was very pleasant. The only complaint that I have is that I was given a room at the far end of a long corridor floor. By the time I returned to my room daily and rested and was ready to go gamble, the thought of the long walk back to the elevator was enough for me to just stay in my room and relax. Hopefully next year, I will receive a better room closer to the elevators!"

"Had a fun time at Harrah's. The hotel is situated close to the middle of the strip, with everything within walking distance. The dueling piano show every night was pretty good. All in all, exactly what you'd expect from a hotel on the strip."
