"The Hyatt Centric Mountain View was wonderful. Our stay was great. Not that Expedia had anything to do with that. The Hyatt helped me the best that they could to help fix my booking issues. Expedia booked me an ADA room again without telling me that before I booked the room. The entire Hyatt staff was outstanding and so was the room that they transferred me to. I created an account with Hyatt because they were so wonderful. I will book directly through them from here on out. Thank you Hyatt!"
