“What a beautiful hotel! I did not expect this having stayed in other Best Western Hotels. The staff was super kind and the property is just beautiful with its lush garden and the beautiful poolside. Loved the food in the restaurant too and the staff was very accomodating with our special nutritional requests. We only had one challenge with the express breakfast (literally three pieces of bread) on the day of check out. We had informed the reception the day ahead but the chef seemed to be upset...
“I was double charged. Fortunately, they swiftly reimbursed the fare, but the €6.6 tax was not refunded. They said it’s not their responsibility, but I don’t understand why it’s impossible to cancel the payment itself at the hotel front.
The hotel was just so-so. The room was big with 3 single beds and one double, and air-conditioning was good. However, hot water was unstable, and the drainage of the washstand was poor. The pool was to small(about 10 sq m2) and closed. ”

She is super sarcastic (as you can see from her comments), frowning, shaking her head while talking in French to an employee in front of us so that we can't understand.
