“Un accueil chaleureux et adapté en fonction de chacun. De belles prestations et un service 5 étoiles. Nous avons eu un soucis d’eau chaude et en 15min ils sont venus et ont réglé le problème. Un petit dej copieux et local ayant un goût de « reviens y » 😁 Je recommande vivement le lieu et les services qui s’y afférent.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garifalakis Comfort Rooms! The communication from the hotel was excellent, and they greeted us on arrival. They gave us a great run through of the best places to visit on the island, and even guidance on where we could and couldn't take our rental car. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The location is also really good, just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shop in Pollonia. Overall I would recommend!”

“Perfect condo on the beautiful island of Kimolos. Our stay was incredible. Dimitri and Christine were amazing. They welcomed us with fresh local food and made sure we had everything we needed. Our boat was delayed leaving and there was no problem staying an extra night and they even helped us with information and arrangements to catch the next boat. Thank you so much Dimitri & Christine. “Lack in communication around check in. We could not check in until 16 so they offered us to store the bags in another hotel. There we were met by a very rude and angry person. Accommodating was better then expected and location is fantastic. ”

“Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at...
