"The staff was helpful and courteous. Sometimes a language barrier but worked through it. Family room was perfect for 4 and beds were comfortable. Drinks, food, weather were excellent! It was more crowded on the Holiday weekend but cleared out again. The beach was fun and filled up quickly. Nice walking path that is paved. Taxis were easy to access and drivers were friendly and accommodating. Did I say the food was excellent!! Definitely sharing this location and reasonable price with friends and family. Can’t wait to visit again. "

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being.
