“I arrived at the hotel on September 24 at around 12:30pm after a LONG motorcycle journey. The maintenance representative approached me with a smile and a beautiful greeting and welcomed me to the property. He stated that the rooms were not ready yet, but hung out and talked with me for a little bit and made me feel very welcome and at home.
