"We booked hotel for 3 nights, we paid extra for a second room with bunk beds. On second night at 10 pm to 1 am we had about 20 kids, not joking next room to us screaming, not sleeping, running out of room and running through out the hallway non-stop. My young son could not sleep. We called expedia and were promised to get our money back if we check out 1 day before. Third night we didn't stay there, because I needed a place to sleep and work from. Guess what, we didn't get our money back. This not our fault but we need our money back. Even though the people that work there at the front desk, very polite and nice but the management - hm, we need our money back for third night. We came to your place multiple times, this is not a good way to do business. I will never go back to this unethical place who doesn't respect their customers."

"The room was dirty and reeked of cigarettes, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. During our stay, no one came to even make the bed—let alone do any cleaning. The only thing that was done was the towels were replaced. The breakfasts left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs were made from powdered eggs—it was dreadful. There was a complete lack of vegetables and very little variety in the food selection."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful in spite of how busy it was. The Waterpark is really nice, but so crowded. Best not to go on a holiday weekend. Like the dance party in the evening and yoga in the morning. The dance party was very family friendly."
