The management and staff went the extra mile to please and accommodate all guests. I was impressed that they encouraged handicapped members in front line customer facing roles. The managers were seen guiding and encouraging staff to deliver a pleasant stay.

Bathroom was smelly when checked in to the room . Room had cigarette smell.. staff are very polite and friendly and good at handling things well.. Food was very good and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
