“My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.”

“The staff were very helpful and the place whilst spartan is clean. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but the views over Kigali whilst eating were brilliant. ”

“Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off”
