The hotel is a short 10-15-minute drive to Campo do Geres, where we went on a great hike (Cidade da Calcedónia trail) followed by a terrific drive through the park, along the Rio Homem (lake) to the Spanish border, and back down N-308-1. We loved our big room with a wraparound balcony and a nice bathroom and shower. The view was beautiful and Allariz was a nice, small town with a lot to do. Breakfast was also well appointed and yummy and the staff was helpful.
