โVery spacious rooms, pretty clean and helpful staffs...quite far from the sightseeing places and the city center (about 20 mins by taxi) but it was worthwhile to stay if you are looking for a place to stay for more than 3 nights...the swimming pool is in good condition too.โ
โThe hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean.
The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl.โ
โSituated on Gurney Drive with view of the ocean and where dining and shopping options are plentiful. Hotel offers free shuttle to shopping mall. No beach so ocean swimming is not an option. The hotel does have an infinity pool. Sago, the hotel restaurant, serves a variety of food including Australian/English, Malay, Chinese, Indian with limited Japanese selections in a buffet style. โWonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. โ
