More efficiency required during check in

The experience at the Reception Counter was terrible - they were a confused lot and mixed up the room numbers for my guests, gave wrong keys and as a result it was a horrible start for a couple of them into Ginger.

It was an amazing experience as best hospitality from Each and every section of hotels . Chef Rishikesh and chef Sonam were taking care everyoneโ€™s food requests at best level . Even General manager , front manager , F &B managers were outstanding.

Great Stay Overall, But Noise Disturbance at Night I had a pleasant stay at Ginger and appreciated the cleanliness, staff friendliness, amenities. However, I encountered some issues with noise during the night, which disrupted my sleep. The loud chat was particularly noticeable around midnight, making it difficult to relax. While I understand that some noise is unavoidable, better soundproofing or measures to address the issue would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and hope to see improvements in this area for an even more comfortable visit in the future.

Improvement neede

The staff customer service excellent. Very friendly staff. Great food. The Hotel is fairly new and was under construction. Preparing for their grand opening made the place very noisy. Banging of doors. They worked late nights. I did not get one single relaxed night. No wake-up call even though I requested every day. Car service great. I would want to stay there again provided I make sure they have finished the building work. Thank you.

As soon as we entered in our room, we realized that the staff was trying to overcompensate for a foul odor by pumping in artificial scent. After a few hours of being there it was evident that the room smelled like urine. Stains on bedsheet and cover. Bathroom was too small and hit myself many a times in the shower. Also, road leading to the property had more potholes than road. Overall, an unpleasant experience and I don't plan to ever stay here again. Didn't have breakfast and staff of okay.
