It was truly a five star experience. If you are going to Mumbai, and want to be taken care of by some of the best, friendly, helpful and purely nice people, this is a great resort. The location is what makes this property popular but I have had much better experience at hotels of this stature in terms of staff and service. The lobby is also always too crowded and chaotic. If you are not particular about staying in bandra I would 100% recommend oberoi over this.

Excellent Stay at Land's End.

Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to the Club Floor and it was great to have access to the lounge and the staff were very nice. Atrium bar and performers were very good and the host, Mala was lovely. I wish I could have stayed a week instead of just 2 days.

The entire experience was great! I had a small problem with my room but I was immediately offered an upgrade. The staff were amazing! Breakfast was superb. The room itself was very comfortable and I slept well.

Great place, must stay if your in mumbai

Taj has amazing service, People go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The property is older, but well maintained, located in a very scenic part of Mumbai. We had taken our kids there for a staycation and really enjoyed ourselves.
