“1박이였지만 직원분들 매우 친절했고 , 위치도 역에서 걸어서 10분거리 , 바로 옆에 쇼핑센터 있는 중심가 라서 다니기 편했습니다~ 객실도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗해서 만족했네요”

“Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and...

“Really friendly staff, convenient parking and lovely comfortable room which was equipped with everything I needed: comfy bed, great coffee maker, magnificent shower and lovely Molton Brown toiletries. The only negative is that the room smelt slightly of damp.”

“We were a family of 11 people having Xmas lunch. The food was excellent and as it was a carvery, you could have as much as you wanted. The staff was very attentive without being pushy. The room was excellent, it was very clean, plenty of coffee, tea. The breakfast, lots of choice from cereals to a full English which was cooked to order and it was superb, everything was tasty. It is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. ”
