"Not a 5 star hotel. Furniture is either chipped or stained, the hair dryer was not working, minimal vanity kits, no hangers in the wardrobe, the light in the room was poor and the room was dark, the body lotion tub was empty, breakfast and general food in the hotel was meh, coffee was horrible, room service far too expensive for the food quality, spa area is okay (the massages are one thing I’d definitely recommend). Most inconveniences were fixed with a call to the front desk and a bit of a wait, but even so it just shows a lack of attention to detail and care for customers, especially for the price paid and the stars it claims to have. Stayed at better Sofitels in the past (i.e., Sofitel in Gdansk Poland) Sadly would not recommend or return to this one."
