"We received an upgrade on our check in. The hotel was very cozy, smelled really goos in the halls, and the room was big as well. Very clean and perfect location to walk around old town. Two very good German restaurants near by as well. Overall very good clean and cozy hotel. The guy who checked us in with curly hair was very nice, walked us to the room and showed how everything worked. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Munich! "

"Overall good stay! Pros: 5min to main train station, friendly staff, option to get a voucher if don't need cleaning, provided complimentary tea and coffee plus a free bottle of water in the room, luggage storage. Everything was clean and orderly. Cons: The surrounding area isn't the nicest, luggage storage is unlocked and only self-serviced, the bathroom is very tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly and would recommend staying here. "

"My wife and I stayed here during the great December blizzard of 2023. The staff could not have been more helpful. (a special shout-out to Tobias). While the hotel is not within walking distance of the historic city center, during non-blizzard times there is easy access by train and subway. And during the blizzard, we walked to the Nymphenburg Palace and some cute local cafés, which are all within a few blocks. Two thumbs up. "

"The food and the staff were amazing. However this hotel is located right next to the largest city school. K-12 grades so there are tons of kids outside from 9am-4pm on school days. It sounds like a rock concert in your hotel room."

"The staff was outstanding and very helpful. Ashraf the evening front desk man went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and was especially helpful with directions. Breakfast was excellent as well. My wife enjoyed the long stem rose in our room."

"Wonderful staff all around, from reception to housekeeping, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, minor cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom but nothing gross. Would recommend having a light blanket as the duvet was too hot and just a sheet was too cold. It is a 2 minute walk to teams and buses. Less than 5 min walk to train station. Street noise was loud at night and construction in the area started early, so definitely bring ear plugs or...
