"Exceptional hotel, very central to train station. Clean, well maintained. Excellent customer service, staff friendly, helpful and totally professional. Lovely reception area with free tea and coffee. Central courtyard added to the overall ambience, very relaxed atmosphere. We did not have the breakfast as it was a little expensive. Would definatly recommend."

"Perfect position across the road from the central railway station. Room was large, clean and had excellent air conditioning. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and waiter service in the restaurant was excellent. There is a kettle in the room but limited supplies to make tea or coffee. All in all, a perfect hotel for a vacation in Munich."
