The hotel was close to the underground station which was great as we arrived by train. The room was a decent price and just what we needed. We found a nice Italian restaurant a 10 minute walk away.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Bad auch sehr in Ordnung. Lediglich in der Dusche gab es ein paar Schimmelflecken in den Fugen. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage des Hotels ruhig.

War nur eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück vor Ort. Lage im Industriegebiet nicht besonders schön, aber U- Bahn Studentenstadt mit direkter Verbindung zum Marienplatz in nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Tipp, dort zu parken für 2 Euro für 24 h statt am Hotel für knapp 20 Euro.

Clean rooms near a metro station that can take you into downtown. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Our only complaint is that the rooms are a little bit small.

Wir hatten harte Brötchen, waren nicht essbar. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Bei Ankunft fanden wir ein dreckiges Bett vor mit Haaren und Make-Up Flecken. Wirklich widerlich. Die Schränke waren innen voller Staub, was WIR erst sauber machen mussten bevor dort Klamotten rein konnten. Fenster zur viel befahrenen Straße - war sehr laut sowie die anderen Gäste die man im Flur hören konnte. Das Parkhaus ist mit 17€ pro Tag zu teuer. Die Bar ist fast nie besetzt, was eine Bestellung fast nicht möglich macht. Nochmal würden wir hier definitiv nicht übernachten.

Leider enttäuschend. Der eigentliche Zweck eines Hotels ist doch, seinen Gästen einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, leider hat das hier nicht geklappt. Mein erstes Zimmer roch stark nach Abfluss/Fäkalien. Nach einem langen Tag musste ich wieder zur Rezeption, alles erklären und auf ein neues Zimmer warten. Ziemlich nervig und zeitaufwendig. Laut Rezeption sind die Abflussprobleme bekannt. Warum werden solche Zimmer dann überhaupt vergeben? Bitte sorgt doch dafür, dass Gäste direkt ein sauberes, zumutbares Zimmer bekommen. Man ist ja nicht im Hotel, um umzuziehen.

The gym was good, room was clean and well-air conditioned. Staff wasn’t welcoming upon check in and weren’t very friendly. Location wasn’t convenient for my visit and there aren’t a lot of food options nearby. Overall it’s a nice hotel but I wouldn’t go back.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, es gibt sogar eine Auswahl an Kopfkissen. Sowohl das Zimmer als aus das Bad waren sehr sauber. Im Bad war ein Fön vorhanden sowie ein Spender mit Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner in der Dusche. Trotz der vielen Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Geräusche wurden weder von draußen noch von den angrenzenden Zimmern wahrgenommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko: Der Parkplatz in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage kostet 17€/Nacht.

Zimmer werden nur auf Anforderung gereinigt. Handtuchtausch nur über die Rezeption. Klopapier musste an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Frühstück war super. Leider haben Sie dort ihre Buchführung mit den Zimmernummern nicht im Griff.
