The room was clean and the bed felt heavingly. Be aware that there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The location was excellent, as there are multiple public transportations options. I went to attend a conference at TUM hospital and S19 Tram was very convenient to get there.

Excellent staff All staff very lovely Bed was fresh and clean ans comfortable Water bottle daily Can walk to old town in 40 minutes or 4 stops on train You can see hotel signage from train station so it makes it easy to find. Right next to train station .5 min walk no elevators at train station

Staff were very helpful and thank you for the birthday treat, unexpected and very sweet. Located a little away from the main tourist attractions but it’s a pleasant walk and the tram is just at the main intersection.

Great hotel with great location

Great location, with easy access from train. One stop from Ostbahnoff, and direct train to airport or downtown. Breakfast had many choices and everything was fresh. Room was very clean.

Modern and clean hotel

Very satisfied with the hotel when considering price/quality. The pros are the following: Great breakfast with plenty of choice Easy access to public transport Supermarket nearby for those needed snacks Clean Nice and firm beds Cons are: Noise from nearby large road. Rooms are pretty soundproof though A bit far from city centre Lack of choices for kids in the evening menu card in the restaurant. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel

Hotel is perfectly connected to public transport. Room with connecting door was provided as promised. Room at top floor towards street side was calm and nice. Babybed partially broken but ok. 20€ for parking per night quite expensive. The lady doing the breakfast service was outstandingly friendly and helpful!

Clean and convenient to train, but bed was a rock

The hotel itself was fine, staff was friendly, and being so close to the train station was very convenient. However, the bed was incredibly hard and my back hurt more and more with each night's stay. The restaurant/room service was also closed for dinner during my stay. If you need a functional, no frills hotel, this one does the trick...so long as you like a hard mattress.

Nice location and service but AC needs repair

This was an overnight business trip in July. + location to work, service, cleanliness, bed, and recently renovated. - weak air conditioning and stuffy air building. The hotel either needs a new air ventilating strategy or new air conditioning systems. It wasn’t even that hot and I could never get the temperature in the room to go below 76 degrees. Unfortunately this affected my sleep and I was only able to get 4-5 hours of sleep in the night. Overall in the summer I would stay away from this hotel unless you like a hot room.

If IKEA had an hotel and it was in semi-suburban location. Mall next door with grocer, pharmacy, cafe & Burger King. Limited restaurants. Italian “Al Pacino” close & cute. Outdoor terrace. Metro/subway semi-close a little tricky to get to - you have to use a highway underpass though old Munich etc just a few stops away. Hotel is clean, rooms do have iron/ironing board, usb charging etc. Beds & pillows a little hard but soft duvets. Choose inside room vs odd numbered outside room that faces sunrise (hot) and highway (passes to side & below). Breakfast buffet is large but only a 5-6/10. Bar in lobby. Be prepared for smokers - they line the curb outside at entrance so you walk through a plume of smoke. Rooms do have soft close doors - major bonus. Front desk staff need a little customer service training. Not bad but not great. They don’t like using Expedia.

The buffet breakfast was excellent! The staff was very friendly. The location was very close to a subway station. We could get to the airport in half an hour on an express (operated on weekdays only though)
