The hotel was close to Octoberfest and public transportation (solo traveler, on foot). Good restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner was just a block away.

The rooms do not have AC or any fans. We visited the hotel during summer, and the rooms were hot (80F+ during the day). There is absolutely no ventilation. The rooms are tiny, and the Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent. For the price, there are better properties available. Stay away from this hotel during the summer.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr heruntergewirtschaftet. Zerrissene Vorhänge, schmutziger Teppich, Toilettenbecken hatte Risse, die Dusche war schimmlig. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

War okay. Achtung vor dem Haus darf man nicht parken alles Anwohnerparkplätze man muss zwei Straßen weiterfahren dann kann man sich die 25 € sparen. Auch konnte das Hotel mich nicht mit einem Bügeleisen versorgen was kurzfristig immer doof ist....

Gute Lage sowohl für ÖPNV als auch Auto. Personal sehr nett. Hotel ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen etwas älter. Jedoch war das Bett und die Matratzen Recht unbequem, da sehr weich.

Ich kann die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen, meine Erwartungen und Versprechungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Dies gilt besonders in Bezug auf Parkplatzreservierung den diese wurde nicht vorgenommen obwohl sie telefonisch vorher abgeklärt wurde. Es wurde uns obwohl ich dies vorher am Telefon abgeklärt hatte, auch keine Rechnung auf Wunsch ausgestellt. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, die Betten zu schmal und ungemütlich, auf den Fluren ein sehr merkwürdig Geruch, das WLAN lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt muß ich leider dieses Hotel sehr schlecht bewerten und kann es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Meine Schwiegermutter war Gast. Sie sagte das das Zimmer für grosse Menschen wohl gedacht ist ( sie ist 1,65 ) der Fernseh fast unter der Decke, die Ablagen im Schrank sehr hoch.

- es war nie jemand an der Rezeption in den gegebenen Service Zeiten - auch als jemand an der Rezeption saß, war der Haupteingang geschlossen - schlecht gelaunter Service, wenn man die Rezeptionstelefonnummer angerufen hat - Schild mit Hinweis, dass man den Nebeneingang nutzen soll, wo ein Schild stand, dass man den Hintereingang nutzen soll, ohne Hinweis wie man zum Hintereingang gelangen soll - beschädigter Haupteingang (zwei Risse in Glastür) - dreckiger Teppichboden - Sicherungskasten im Zimmer - die Sicherung für Fernseher und Nachtlicht musste ich selber wieder einschalten

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nahe Theresienwiese. Man kann für 6 EUR am Tag (sonntags kostenlos) auf der Straße parken. Die U-Bahn ist ca. 400 m entfernt, d.h. man ist in gut 10 min am Münchner Hbf. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für eine Nacht, aber es war ziemlich abgewohnt (sehr schmutziger Teppich/Wände, Toilettenabfluss schwarz) und sehr warm - die dicken Betten trugen auch nicht zur Abkühlung bei. Für eine Nacht war es für den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis akzeptabel, aber wir waren bereits in besseren Hotels in München.

Positiv: Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Die Lage war gut und relativ ruhig. Negativ: der Teppichboden im Zimmer war sehr fleckig/schmutzig. Ebenso waren die Wände nicht mehr sauber. Das Zimmer(Einzelzimmer) ist sehr klein.

The staff was very approachable, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel was very close to U-Bahn and in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Good location, lacking other things

The room itself was fine with a big comfortable bed and a good shower. Location was excellent for Springfest/Octoberfest as it was only 15 minutes walk. It was less than 5 minutes to a U-bahn station which was great. The staffing at the hotel was frustrating as the reception hours were limited and there sometimes wasn't someone there even during the open hours. The staff member we did encounter was helpful and friendly. The toilet roll was not replaced in our bathroom by housekeeping which was frustrating. The hotel says no late check in which was stressful when we realised that we were running late. No one answered my phone calls or email. We did manage to check in as there is a lock box and this was actually very easy, but would have been good to know in advance.
