Very nice staff and really cool hotel concept. Kids loved the bunk beds. They probably have the nicest bunk beds in Europe.

The rooms were very modern and clean. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. The owners of the hotel were awesome about our after hours check in, making sure that we knew how to get our room key. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a mixed residential and industrial area. Very quiet and clean. The staff is super sweet and helpful. There was a short electricity outage because all the (portable) A/C units were running full speed. There was temperature record in Munich the day we were there. 33 degrees. The problem was fixed quickly.

The room was clean but obviously worn. Expedia has it listed with breakfast available but there wasn’t any breakfast so that was disappointing. We enjoyed the 2 separate spaces in number 11. We had a contractless checkin which worked fine. It’s a cool place!

I stayed at the House of Records for 5 nights with my mother in late September and had an excellent stay. The owner Volkan and his brother Mucki are excellent guys...very friendly, helpful and really made you feel at home. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Munich, I highly recommend it!

Das Hotel liegt am Rande eines Wohngebiets und geht in eine Art Gewerbegebiet über. Da waren viele kostenfreie Parkplätze drumherum. Zum Bus läuft man keine fünf Minuten, die nächste U-Bahn Station ist jedoch zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Auf dem Zimmer war eine mobile Klimaanlage, super! Das Doppelzimmer war überraschend groß, mit viel Platz, um Dinge abzulegen. Ist mir aufgefallen, weil nicht selbstverständlich. Toilette und Dusche getrennt voreinander, sehr klug gelöst. Waschbecken Teil des Zimmers. Insgesamt stylisch, noch sehr neues Hotel. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt, ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat mich angerufen und sogar per WhatsApp ein Video geschickt, um zu erklären, wie ich an den Schlüssel komme. War aber alles ganz simpel und selbsterklärend. Die Bettwäsche war unglaublich weich.

Wir stellten unser Auto am Parkplatz des Hotels gegen Tagesgebühr von €10,-- ab. Bushaltestelle z.B. Bus Nr.5 (bis Olympia Einkaufszentrum) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ca. 5 min entfernt Drogerie, Rewe, Aldi.

Empezaré diciendo lo bueno y es que el hotel está bastante bien, es bonito y las habitaciones son espaciosas,están bien equipadas y son muy correctas. Ahora vamos con lo malo que no es poco. No mováis las camas porque hallaréis pelotas de polvo tamaño balón. A pesar de poner en mi reserva que el desayuno estaba incluido ¡¡¡no nos permitieron desayunar!!! llegamos pronto al hotel, 10.30 y el sitio estaba cerrado, no podías entrar ni hablar con nadie, cuando abrieron allá para las 11.30h la persona que nos atendió (que fue el único personal que vimos durante la estancia en el hotel) nos dijo que lo hablaría con su compañero y que sin problema, la habitación no estaba disponible así q nos fuimos a ver München... me mandaban mensajes a través de la app de Expedia con enlaces q no se abrían y finalmente nos dijeron que no podíamos desayunar, q tenía q haber avisado ¿¿¿??? si el desayuno estaba incluido en mi reserva y avisamos desde bien temprano al personal y por mensajes... El hotel está bastante alejado del centro, o usas transporte propio o en el público tienes q coger bus y metro para ir al centro. Hay mejores opciones. Hay un Rewe cerca q nos salvó.
