Staff and service was excellent. They automatically upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge. The location was perfect to get to the Christmas markets. Best of all the bathrooms had heated floors! They also offer free slippers and complimentary access to prime time fitness that’s less than 2 mins away.

Hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Although my room had a kitchen, I had to request a plate and utensils, which were promptly brought up to my room. The location CANNOT be beat which is why I never needed to pay a lot for breakfast. The best farmer’s market in the country is directly across the street - drank freshly squeezed fruit juice and had my pick of a variety of breakfasts offered by the vendors.

Awesome location: across the street from the lively Viktualienmarkt, 4 min walk to the Marienplatz, next door to an Apotheke and 4 minutes from the train station (Vic Marienplatz). The rooms are clean and well appointed tho heated quite warmly (the windows do open). We enjoyed our stay- staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was decent - one thing we recommend is adjusting the music volume (maybe even the style) played in the restaurant/ bar area. It was very loud and not conducive to a calm dining experience. Recommend this hotel for your next stay in Munich.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed- a wonderful stay in the city. The hotel is directly across the street from the Victualianmarkt which made getting anywhere very easy. The hotel was very clean with good sized bathrooms.

This was a great hotel. Staff was fabulous and location was ideal…short tram ride to Oktoberfest. The AC still needs work and this could have been solved with a fan. We could walk to Matienplstz and plenty of dining nearby.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. I also liked the location of the hotel and proximity to the market directly across the street. The parking was difficult and expensive so unless you need a car I would not get one. You can walk or Uber anywhere you might need to go
