"Our experience on April 15 was absolutely traumatizing. This hotel is "absolutely disgusting" and profoundly "unhygienic." The moment we walked in, we were hit with a nauseating, thick smell of mildew and decay that made it hard to breathe. The safety issues were even more alarming. Our room door looked like it had been beaten down—the frame was splintered and the lock was compromised. It felt incredibly "dangerous" and completely insecure. Inside, the room was "gross" beyond belief: stained surfaces, layers of grime, and visible mold. We didn’t even put our bags down; we left immediately. Crucially, we cancelled our booking at the front desk that same day (April 15) because the conditions were uninhabitable. However, the staff failed to actually process the cancellation and kept our money. This is dishonest and predatory. We are expecting a full refund immediately. No guest should ever be charged for being offered a broken, filthy, and dangerous room. This establishment is a health hazard and a security risk. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else."

"The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was worried it would be too loud so close to the runways but it didn’t seem to be a problem. Just a small thing but it could have been helpful to have a few cups in the bathroom"

"The parking was good and the staff were very nice but the facility felt dirty, the garbages didn’t have bags in them, the breakfast was terrible…everything…and the worst part was the the elevator door almost crushed my husband. When entering, it would not stop trying to shut him in between the bell hop cart and the door. No matter how much we pressed the door open button or shove the doors to open, they fought my husband until will were able to shove my husband between the cart and the door which was very painful. We did notify the staff immediately as this was traumatizing for our small children to witness and for us to experience. We could not wait to check out of this hotel and were thankful it was only a 1 night stay. "

"Great room and spacious with comfy bed and sofa and chair was nice add in the room as well as table to set and enjoy snacks or meal for us or laptop for travelers. We liked the idea of a happy hour although we were already gone visiting with friends in town. The breakfast was great and my husband enjoyed a personalized omlet while I enjoyed a coffee, fruit and bacon. Plenty for everyone to relax and the staff was on it keeping tables clean and dishes picked up too. I was impressed with a text to confirm all was well with our room and I asked a few questions about pool and breakfast times which was promptly answered. Enjoyed this location and will be back!"
