Great break

Spacious modern room, excellent bathroom. Large bed, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, nice welcome, great buffet choice at breakfast. Definitely returning.

The property has been recently renovated with a nice bathroom and spacious interior. The desk and reception staff were terrific however the cleaning staff ignored our sign to clean the room. The only other complaint is that the mattress on the king sized bed sloped toward the outside on both sides of the bed. This was particularly annoying when we were trying to read.

The hotel is generally nice, but a few things could be improved: The fan in the bathroom. It turns on and off automatically and sounds like a jet engine. It ran for 20 min when I had not showered and one hour when I had. I stopped turning on the lights to avoid setting off the noise. My travel companion in another room had the same problem. Lights in the room are very dim, which is fine for relaxing, but not so great for packing and finding ones stuff in a hurry etc. The cafe was very nice, but this and the reception is only open 7-20, which means it is impossible to buy an early or late hot beverage, but there is also no kettle in the room. This was not great for me, but probably works fine for others.

Als zentraler Ausgangspunkt ist das Hotel perfekt. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist direkt gegenüber des Hotels.

Goed hotel midden in het centrum, twee parkeergarages aan de overkant, voor 18 euro per dag. Goede, schone en grote kamers. Persoonlijk vond ik het bed en kussens wat aan de zachte kant. Badkamer is prima in orde en fijn dat er een bankje en makkelijke stoelen aanwezig waren (kamer 28) zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Perfecte uitvalbasis voor stedentrip Munster. Ontbijt deden wij trouwens buiten de deur, vele bakkertjes restaurantjes in de buurt.

Kikset incheckning

Bestilte værelset sent samme eftermiddag. Fik en bekræftelsesmail, der angav, at der ville være personale til kl. 20. Vi ankom ca. 18.15. Alle døre var låst, ingen mennesker. Gennemgik proceduren i mailen ved sen ankomst, men ingen nøgle i nøgleboksen. Ringede så til 'søster'hotel angivet på seddel på døren. Her oplyste de, at personalet var gået hjem, men de kunne se min reservation og ville sende en taxa med nøglen. Det skulle tage op til 20 minutter. Det tog 35 minutter. Derefter fungerede alt fint. Hotellet er fantastisk, værelserne lækre (vi har været der før) og morgenmaden uovertruffen. Personalet er også både venlige og kompetente. Så det hele kommer ned på misvisende bekræftelsesmail!
