"Absolutely stunning hotel. We were so pleased with everything about our stay! From the airport water taxi service that took us to the island, to arriving at the beautiful hotel and being very pleased with our room, to the excellent service provided throughout our stay. All of the staff were so kind, helpful, and easy to speak to. Special shout out to Sam and Osama who worked at the hotel cafe/restaurant for the excellent service. Both were so kind, joyous and hardworking. Highly recommend. We miss it already and would love to come back."

"The rooms are small on the interior it must ask this information at the front desk or get a Canal view which seem to be bigger. Stuff was very kind and helpful we stayed three days and it was very pleasant other than upon arrival we had a tiny room in seven suitcases that didn't fit so we changed rooms it was a little bit bigger and helped a lot. The funny thing is the decor in some of the Halls old dolls elsewhere a little creepy. Front desk staff and manager or great as well as the bellman very helpful and kind. I would recommend this for the value and location. Oh and they served a full breakfast croissants were very very good. The eggs were always scrambled and a little undercooked for my taste other than that everything was great."

"Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful! Our room was overlooking a canal and was lovely. They have a nice little bar area, and I would recommend they could have a few more offerings. Oh- the location is perfect- making everything we did walkable. Our stay at Hotel Bella Venezia was perfecto!"

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
