Accommodation is very dated. Website photos do not reflect the hotel. Many of the properties on the resort are old and dilapidated. After the room was cleaned, we had to request clean towels several times. The housekeeping staff never brought clean towels to the room. During meals at the buffet, we often had to wait for drink cups or silverware.

Hotel spotlessly clean, food varied and really good. Pools and beach had plenty of sunloungers, plenty of shade. Staff polite and friendly. Minor problem with light switch in room was solved in half an hour. Everything you'd expect from a Riu hotel.
