9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,026 reviews)
Excellent central location right by Times Square however it wasn’t noisy at night (we were on 31st floor). Lovely hotel, very clean and staff were all very friendly. Loved the cafe bar, food and drinks all very good.
Only thing that would have made it even better is the facilities in the room. For a 5 star I would have expected better tea and coffee making facilities as the machine provided wasn’t great and only coffee was provided no tea
