Amazing apartment - spacious and fully equipped. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Parking is a bit tight - not too rare in Germany.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Gleich neben Kkmo nahe der Fußgängerzone. Check in war einfach und cool. War alles vorbereitet, obwohl kein Personal vor Ort war. Perfekt für Personen, die im Klinikum Ambulant operiert werden, da mit Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einzig die Bettdecke ist recht klein für größere Personen.

Sehr schön

Privat geführtes schönes Haus, Zimmer super ausgestattet und riesig, Bad sehr schön, sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants überall vorhanden.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Zimmer Nr. 8 war allerdings direkt im Frühstücksraum. Sobald man aus dem Zimmer trat stand man am Frühstücksbuffet. Die Geräuschkulisse machte ein längeres schlafen als 6.30 Uhr unmöglich. Das Bad ist sanierungsbedürftig. Fliesen waren locker. Dazu kommt, dass der Kreditkarte mehr als der über Expedia vereinbarte Preis belastet wurde. Mehrere Klärungsversuche mit dem Eigentümer schlugen bisher fehl. Als Handwerkerbleibe zum halben Preis vielleicht in Ordnung, als Urlaubsunterkunft zu dem aufgerufenen Preis: nicht nochmal!

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis + freundl. Service

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft direkt hinter dem Griesbräu. Freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück und vor allem kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus ! Verbesserungswürdig: Heizung ging nicht und Raum lag direkt am Frühstücksraum !

Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit. Eine meiner Mitreisenden hatte leider ein Zimmer in dem sich das Bad und Toilette im Zimmer befindet, ohne Zwischentür. Diese fand es nicht tragbar.

Das Zimmer war ruhig, Zweck entsprechend und sauber. Alles was man zu einer Übernachtung mit Frühstück braucht. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war aufmerksam und freundlich. Werde bei Bedarf gerne wieder kommen.

Promenades autour du lac tout proche; visites de Garmish-partenkirchen; montée au Wank en téléphérique; beaux panoramas. De plus Murnau est une ville paisible et agréable.

Great Stay

Very nice stay. Great breakfast. 10 mins from station which we needed. We would stay again when in area. Helpful and friendly Owner who cooks a very good scrambled egg.
