"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "

"Super-convenient to the train station. Well designed room especially shower and toulet room. Breakfast was only fair. First batch of scrambled eggs was nearly empty for 20 min and second batch was delivered cold. Hot drinks were not hot from the machine."

"Room was very small - had no place to put our clothes. No wardrobe - only 4 pegs to hang clothes. Bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. Excellent staff. Overall we settled in and enjoyed the hotel. There was a very nice outdoor area. Short walk to the University of Lyon and excellent public transport - trams and underground. We would stay there again."

"Room was clean. Check in is easy . Facilities is like a university dorm. It is great for travelling around Lyon just a 10 min walk from part Dieu. We used Lyon as a base to go to many towns nearby by TGV and regular trains. Great bakery and supermarket around the corner. Kitchen is minimal but with the great restaurants around we only used it for making coffee. The bathtub is very high, may not be suitable for someone with mobility problem. The cleaning staff was very efficient and friendly."
