"The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also!
The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters.
The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea.
As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great.
The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!"

"Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved.
Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings.
The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options.
Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had to try many to find some that actually have any tire pressure or working breaks."
