“We had a fantastic stay here in a Deluxe room which was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times.
The breakfast was fresh and there were a number of hot options from the kitchen. I had a ham and cheese omlette and the pancakes which came with fresh berries and syrup. Delicious!

“Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! ”

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. The continental style breakfast was perfect and met the needs of our stay of 5 nights.
The location is ideal for exploring the city of Palma as well as the beautiful beaches within the area (Platja d'Illetes, Playa de Illetes & Cala Major). Highly recommend making use of the local bus service (bus number 4) at only 2 euros each.
