"Nice big rooms that are cleaned properly. A bit outdated in the interior. Great location, where it is easy to either go on the metro or grab a Yandex Go to explore the city. Very pleasant and polite staff and decent breakfast."

"バスルームから下水の臭いがしました。換気扇を付けても消えず…洗面台とシャワーの排水も悪く、シャワーは床が浸水しそうになりました。ポットやコップもホコリを被っていて、使いませんでした。掃除をしっかりして欲しいです。 シーツも汚れていました(交換をお願いしましたが、対応は2時間後でした)。このホテルではベットメイキングを自分でする仕様みたいですね。 朝食は、8:30に行ってギリギリ全品あるという感じで、その20分後にはパンなどが全てなくなっていました。フルーツや野菜はメニューにほぼなし。その後給仕もなく、後から来た人は困っていました。テーブルも汚れていました。 この立地でもう少し安く、もっと親切なホテルは沢山あると思います。申し訳ないですが、もう泊まりません。"
