"Check-in was fantastic, we were checked in early and able to park there before the allotted check-in time. Great quiet location with proximity to waterfront and public beach area and also to downtown. Nice view from the front porch and patio. Room (Gallery Room) was clean but bathroom jusy had a pedestal sink (no vanity) and the bathrub was very old so needed to use the bath mat provided when showering. Very quiet and private, although I could hear someone's shower water once. Hubby and I had opposite feelings about the comfort of the bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Overall the property is in need of a major refresh. Patio cushions and patio floors should be kept"

"Excellent location in the heart of old town. We could walk to restaurants, shops and theatre. It’s a very charming town and the flowers everywhere were outstanding! The hotel is new, modern and bright. The gardens , reflecting pools and fountains at the rear of the property were beautiful and peaceful. We loved our stay!"

"Simple rooms and great location for all things NOTL. There is live music until midnight in the pub directly below the lodging area Thurs-Sat. We were not told about this until check in (nothing in the posting or confirmation message). We enjoyed hanging out in the bar, but others may not be so open to waiting until after midnight to go to bed. There is no electric kettle in the room or coffee available downstairs, making the “inn” aspect underwhelming."
