“Well cared for, very modern and seemed recently renovated. Kitchen scantily stocked, no skillet, or even salt and pepper shakers. Amenities said coffee maker and advised bringing coffee and filters, but only provided a keurig, so needed pods. One bath was missing toilet seat!”

“We had an amazing experience at Cocunt Charlies. The location is perfect, the house is cute. Plenty of space. Everything was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.”

“The overall stay was excellent! The grounds were spotless and attention to detail out the park. My only reason I gave “comfort” less is we stayed 3 days. Only 2 towels and One kitchen towel. Which would have been ok, but no washer or dryer (which we knew going in) but the towel situation, a bit disappointing. ”

“Home was clean, short 3 min drive to the beach. It had pots and pans and utensils to use. Beds were comfortable. The only negative was the upstairs portion was so incredibly hot when we got there. It took a while to cool down. ”

“We had a great week at this little house! The rooms were all a good size. Full kitchen and clean. The location was perfect and not too far from the beach. Very private and felt safe. Our favorite part was the courtyard. The outdoor area was very relaxing and it was nice to leave all our outdoor stuff there and not worry about it going anywhere. Pool was gated and pool was the perfect depth for the kids. We all had a great time here and hope we can stay again soon. ”
