"Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were okay. However, I had some issues during my stay: There were no blackout curtains, so you have to deal with sunlight in the morning. Room service ends at 3 PM. ..."

"This is the second time in this hotel, and I can clearly notice the decline in services. I had a suite this time but I noticed dust at the bathroom floor, no hot water, plus I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in because the guy at the reception wasn’t aware of what to do with online booking!"
