"Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Be aware that basic amenities like toothpaste can only be had from a vending machine in the lobby. I think this is a Korean thing, not specific to this hotel, but surprising for people used to traveling in places like the US and Japan."

"I requested makeup room, but I was pushed back for three hours because they have a priority rooms to be cleaned. My room was never mad up because I had to give up and rest. It was unacceptable. I left at 11 AM came back at 2 pm.It still wasn’t done. That was the only thing."

We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and sightseeing in busy Korea!
