Lovely hotel with beautiful infinity style pool overlooking the ocean (with a road between). Staff were lovely and so willing to please - kept giving us gifts and helpful. May need a bit of training in some areas to elevate but willingness was excellent. Room was nice but I think pool rooms are the real standout.
As a queer couple, my partner and I felt very comfortable and accepted. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Lovely location and the staff helps arrange transport if needed!
We loved the property. It was far enough away from Mykonos Town to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to get the hotel shuttle into town in the evening. The only negative was that the soundproofing in the room could be improved as we could hear other guests returning after a night out. Having said that, we would return and preferred this hotel to other Domes hotels we have stayed in.
Great hotel with lovely facilities and rooms. Only thing I can nitpick as is the pools in private pool rooms are not heated and were quite cold. Food and drinks at the property are also ridiculously high. Paid €10 for a bottle of water and €30 for 4 scoops of ice cream. Breakfast was nice and included. I recommended hiring a bike/buggy/car to get around at your own convenience as getting to and from the hotel could become expensive if you opt for Uber/Taxi’s but they offer a bus service which only runs at specific times. Great hotel, just better off eating outside of the hotel as you’ll spend significantly more.
We have an amazing stay at Domes Noruz Mykonos. Everything was perfect!!
Our flight was early in the morning, so we arrived at the hotel a bit early, but the hotel offered us breakfast and then we enjoyed the pool. Our room was earlier ready that the normal checkin hour and we also get an upgrade to our room type. The room was super!
The staff was also super friendly. The shuttle transfer offered from the hotel is also something very rare in Mykonos.
The design of this hotel is also so unique and really we can’t wait for next summer to visit again Domes Noruz!
PS Because God is on details , the diffuser and the smell around hotel is unbelievable!
Unfortunately I have to give this hotel a 3/4 stars due to a lot of things that were lacking. First thing the room was poorly designed as the TV is mounted in a position that doesn’t pull entirely out to face the bed so you can’t enjoy it along with it being in Greek language. We tried several times and it didn’t allow us to change it to other languages and the front desk wasn’t much help and stated maintenance will need to help. Some of the ladies in the front didn’t understand English very well and there was some barriers communicating with some of them. The staff overall wasn’t attentive while at the pool either.
The restaurant overall was underwhelming for both breakfast and dinner options.
The housekeeping was phenomenal! I made sure I tipped her for superb daily cleaning, always ending her shift checking and make sure we had water and candy. The cleaning was overall the best experience!
This hotel has a long way to go before it’s considered a 5 star hotel.
Out of this world!
We have just come back from the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel.
We were greeted by so many friendly faces and checked into our spacious room with a private yard overlooking at the ocean. The pillows were so fluffy and the bed so comfortable, perfect after being out on all the nearby beach bars all day.
Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly, efficient and eager to help.
The food was incredible and the beach of Agios Stefanos is a very short easy walk, Mykonos Town also very close.
Highly recommended and hope to come back again!

Disliked: Staff & service
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s undeniably beautiful, the service was far from a 5-star experience.
The staff is untrained, with many barely able to communicate in English. Simple requests, like asking for an ashtray or a straw, took over 20 minutes and multiple reminders. One receptionist, Julia, was particularly rude when I asked to have the minibar emptied so I could use the fridge. She raised her eyebrows at me as if my request was unreasonable. After that, the fridge stopped working and had to be replaced, yet still didn’t function properly, leaving me unable to cool my drinks.
The shower head in my room was broken and leaking making showering a hassle.
The dining experience was extremely disappointing. Breakfast buffet options were extremely limited and of poor quality for a 5-star hotel. The alternative à la carte breakfast also underwhelming and took over 1 hour to arrive. On my last night, my dinner was a disaster - the starter was extremely salty and undercooked, and the main course (fish of the day) was cold, dry and unseasoned. Despite returning the food, I was still charged €70 for two inedible plates. Even the drinks were terrible, even a simple lemonade tasted like dish soap. To make matters even worse, a staff member entered my room without knocking on my last day, which was a serious violation of my privacy. Very disappointed and would never recommend.
