"The food options need improvement. For guests with severe egg allergies or children there are not any meal options available. The pizza and chicken nuggets both contain egg ingredients. Consider adding vegan and other allergen friendly options. We requested a tea kettle for our room and it arrived with mildew and mold inside of it. There are no ice machines so you have to request ice anytime you need it. The fridge in the rooms do not keep drinks cold, at a minimum maybe room temperature. We requested laundry service and after waiting 2 hours nobody ever arrived to pick up so we cancelled."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, airport and port shuttles were very useful, and the breakfast buffet was perfect. I would stay here again! Only thing I didnt like is the showering situation, you had to get into a whirlpool hot tub to shower using a handheld shower head that you had to prop up. It would flood the bathroom eachtime. Suggesting getting rid of thr tub and installing a proper shower its its place for convenience and a less hassle and dangerous experience for showering."

"Great property, friendly staff, only down side is the free breakfast you used to be able to get it in the room now they make you go down to the restaurant which is an inconvenient compared to previous year. Overall great and recommend"
