Overall a good stay. The pools were nice, the rooms were a little small compared to the photos but we made it work. The first room we got had wet carpet but staff was very helpful in getting us into a new room.

The resort itself was very clean and well kept. We came for a weekend getaway and enjoyed ourselves. Only complaint we have is the vent over the shower drip water while in the shower and the bathroom is really small. I wish I had gotten the two male staff members that were very helpful and polite. Checkin wasn’t so pleasant. The lady was very selective with who she share information with about the property. She wasn’t very welcoming. Overall good experience and we will book again.

The staff at the pool side bar and restraunt were awesome and friendly. The food was good . We initially booked a oceanfront suite in the actual Hilton hotel section. Upon arrival they advised the room had a water leak. They moved us to the Hilton Palms condo building next to Hilton. The building was run down. Our condo they placed us in was outdated from the the 80's, not ocean front or balcony. The bathroom had a toilet leak and was dirty with hair on the ground. After going back to front desk the placed us in a 3rd condo that was more updated and ocean front. However the tv in living room did not work and the mattresses were old and terrible to sleep on.

We’ve been coming there for years and we can see a slow decline every year in the level of cleanliness and maintenance. People pay for the Hilton experience and it’s disappointing when you don’t get it. The staff was great.
