When my husband reached under the bed to retrieve dropped coins, he discovered a pile of dog food kibbles. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. Desk staff was friendly, but the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail.

Mar 11, 2019Loved the arena itself; although we went for a Toby Mac concert and they sent out an email to get there 30 minutes early. I did so, but they made us wait outside when it was howling with cold rain for 15 minutes with the doors locked. It was miserable.
