Un horror. Al llegar el recepcionista decía que no le constaba la reserva, pese a habernos comunicado con el alojamiento en varias ocasiones. Luego no nos devolvía nuestros pasaportes. La habitación penosa, pese a estar todo el hotel vacío. Las toallas viejas, con agujeros tan grandes que cabía la mano…

El personal muy amable , siempre dispuesto a solucionar los inconvenientes, el hotel está muy bien ,pero hay que entender que está en Marruecos y las cosas allí van a otro ritmo.
El desayuno continental está muy completo .
