Awesome staff with great communication. Quiet area in Kyoto and about 11 min walk to the station. Kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient and easy to use. Shower was also great with good water pressure.

"Overall hotel has a '90s feel to it. Room was dated and in need of some refurbishment. There were obvious stains on the wall that were easily removed by us but should been seen by staff. Bed was extremely hard. Would not stay here again."
