My stay was amazing, the hotel is clean and cozy. The bathroom is small but it worked for us. We were able to use the pool and get massages, that massage is one of the best massage we had, it was amazing.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

My wife and I love staying at the Golden Phoenix every time we’re in Manila. I do wish that the rooms were better maintained. For example: the bathroom exhaust fan has never worked, the bathroom is way under lit with only one can ceiling light (this makes doing makeup impossible), tv cable is so worn that tv reception is poor, bathroom fixtures need replacing. Also, a bit more attention to general floor cleaning could be improved. If these items were indeed addressed, the Golden Phoenix would be a premier top tier hotel. Much thanks

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!
