"The stay was disappointing. I had to walk 500m of corridor to reach the lift and so much again to reach the dining hall!!! Room is badly maintained door lock faulty, ceiling trap bangs each time you open and close the door. The lady manager is ill mannered and rude. Other staff are helpful and polite. Location is good near the mall but beware during week ends terrible noise from mall till 10.30pm"

"We were a family of 5 with 3 rooms booked and all three rooms were completely devoid of windows and natural light. It was extraordinarily bad and our booking had not said anything to this effect. Otherwise the hotel was acceptable but this made the rooms really hard to be in. "

"Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "
