โIโve stayed to ere twice with my dog and my toddler and both times the staff were consistently professional and very courteous, the rooms are great and clean. Great location for business and shopping, but yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. โ
โStaff was great and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There are some restaurants close by that are walkable, but should be cautious. The breakfast buffet is ok and a bit pricey. โ
โThe front desk guy at check-in was wonderful. The staff helped pack our breakfast on the days we went on safari. On the days we had breakfast at the buffet, it was excellent. The location is great. The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day.โ
โThis was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars.

The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update...
โThis was the second time at Clarence House. Overall I will say it's a great place to stay. The staff are always great and willing to go an extra mile to provide any help requested. The restaurant also serves great food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely return again. โ

Had some big issues with the room on the 1st night but the owner himself took the responsibility and solved all issues.

โA great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack.
Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties.
The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. โ
โIt's a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious. They made chapatis for me even though it wasn't on the menu. But the breakfast was more Indian, no mandazis, mahamri, or a typical Kenyan breakfast.โ
โMy stay was an amazing one from an amazing reception by Mr Eliud and the entire team not forgetting Mr Wycliffe from the restaurant department and his entire crew. I enjoyed the place and the other reason why the Zehneria stands out is it location being close to most of the places you would wish to visit around Nairobi โ
