Pleasant staff. Clean room. Was surprised that the kitchen was open 24/7 and served fresh meals. Included breakfast was scrumptious. Surrounding area was quiet at night. Bonus was the free airport shuttle which was a lifesaver. Will definitely return.

The beds and pillows were wonderful! The hotel and grounds are very unique and beautiful. The staff was amazing. I had a 90 min massage that was fantastic and very reasonable. I have stayed a 4 different place in Kenya, two of which were brand name but this one was the best!

It was a good deal for the price. Clean rooms and decent amenities. Obviously, the managers make an effort to keep it in good condition. Kitchen is open 24 hours. I didn't have a meal but the people I shared the airport shuttle bus with said the meal was great

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful to my needs during my stay. However, there was a mishap when sending a shuttle to pick me up. The management did an excellent job in making a board with my name. Unfortunately, I was not able to see it. It was not displayed where I could have notice it. I did not see the messages that were sent to me on my phone until much later. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the hotel.

Great place with great service

Space has everything you need including a 24 hour restaurant. The staff are great. They have a good pick up at the airport and will take you back very promptly. I will stay here every time I’m in Nairobi.

This is my go-to place to stay while transferring through Nairobi to other parts of East Africa. I love the gym - huge room and tons of equipment. Much more than typical of a hotel. The transportation from and back to the airport is provided by the hotel, so, while the hotel is off the beaten path, it's convenient for me because they do all the work.

Nowhere near the airport, despite the name. Sketchy neighbourhood. Simple room, comfy bed but bathroom a bit so-so. VERY friendly and service-minded staff. Airport transport good. Food OK. Very cheap room :)
