"The check in and checkout was efficiently handled. The onsen in the room was great. However some parts of the hotel needed to be spruced up. The shops outside the hotel were dated and most of them are not opened during the weekends. The restaurent 小花 was great"

"部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。 また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際 はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。 バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。 お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。 ..."
