“This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we love it. It is close to the highway and to stores. The building is new and the room is great--comfortable mattress, great couch, very nice kitchenette with everything you could need, and a refrigerator that's larger than what you find in most hotels.”

I guess maybe I should’ve asked the front desk but just figured they didn’t have any and I was supposed to bring my own. They also had a very limited channel selection on the TV. I know most people use streaming services, but sometimes it’s nice to just watch TV.”

“This hotel is in an excellent location if you're attending an event at the Ford Center. It's directly across the street and within walking distance. However, the property is absolutely disgusting. The front desk and front lobby area smelled fine upon arrival and was clean. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in some time. Our room was even worse. “Everything was great, but there was something in the air that made me feel horrible, headache stuffy head congestion at night, I had a hard time breathing. Not everyone is going to have this problem but if you are sensitive to your environment I would recommend a different option. If you’re not sensitive then this is an awesome place easy to get to, good food options within walking distance. Breakfast package was a bit expensive for what you get but decent.”

“It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure.”

“I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.”

“On checkin, Reception was not at desk, no signage, a 15 minute wait, without an apology for the wait. On checkout, we left a day early, we were told there wouldn't be a refund for the third night. We were told: "Contact Expedia" when we had paid at the property. Her attitude did not invite us to ever return!”
